In the role of Production Engineer, you will work in a locally producing company that is part of an international group.

As a Production Engineer, you will be a key person in our operations. You will drive improvement work, optimize processes, and ensure that production runs efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

The position combines daily production-related work with long-term development work.

This role is located in Byske (Skellefteå). The position is a full-time employment.

You will, among other things:

• Provide daily technical support to production

• Lead and participate in projects regarding investments and efficiency improvements/rationalizations in production - from idea stage to implementation.

• Design, optimize, and standardize working methods and production flows with consideration to work environment, quality, and safety.

• Investigate deviations in production regarding working methods, machines, tools, and materials

• Create and update instructions, routines, process descriptions, and other production documentation.

• Train operators in new working methods and routines.

• Work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality, purchasing, and technology.

• Participate in product development projects aimed at implementing the product/item in production

• Work systematically with risk observations, risk assessments, and safety improvements

• Participate in the work around the Franke Production System

• Work with OEE follow-up
